Over the last couple of years I’ve spoken to a number of individuals who wish to know exactly what life is about’.
A decade or more ago I had my own questions on this subject. Ever since I have listened as well and also reviewed the theories of individuals who seemed wise enough.
Surprisingly enough I think one of the best comments on the subject was from Woody Allen, He stated, I’m surprised by people who wish to know the universe when it’s difficult enough to locate your way around Chinatown.
Allen’s quote simplifies it for me. We can spend too long looking at the big picture and ignore the smaller image – our own life.
Our very own life is where we can make the most difference. Sometimes though it’s knowing where to start.
I ‘ve become a great believer in people gaining individual clarity. In my opinion, clarity is the primary issue we have to resolve before taking on anything.
I understand some people argue for an easier flowing attitude that allows – and at times I’d agree this can have huge advantages – However, excessive ‘what-ever will be, will be,’ will mean the ship will just drift. The result being, never ever building what’s considerably worthwhile.
Time and again, in coaching sessions I see clients pulling the lose strands of opportunity and establishing them with clarity into something that can make a change, both in their life, their neighborhoods and in some cases further a field.
When we comprehend the first pillar – clarity – the 2nd pillar fits effortlessly into place. Let me clarify how.
In business if we know we need clients, yet don’t know whether to sell massage therapy or reiki and have an assumption that what we offer is for everybody, then we’ll have a hard time drawing in adequate customers to pay your bills.
If however we choose just what we most wish to do is locate massage therapy clients, then specify the area of the populace that have a need for our service, we have not just found clarity, but the meaning to pursue a significant number of people that can help us offer a service they need. This is a lot more fruitful than the what-ever will be.
If we feel fed up with life and think that more TELEVISION or a holiday in sun is the answer, we’ll have a hard time to discover just what we need. If however, we read, attend workshops and speak with various other seekers, we’ll turn the motivational thought – that there have to be more in life – into a reality.
So while the very first pillar is clarity, the 2nd is meaning. Clarity hones in. Meaning, produces the drive. Here’s an example of how I placed everything in this newsletter into something that works.
When I have a flash of inspiration, I let it settle. I play with the suggestion in my mind and also discover it.
When I began mentoring people, I knew I could coach on several things. I marketed all kinds of things to everyone and found a few clients, yet never quite enough.
Then I thought about where I bring the most hope and inspiration to people and also the type of individuals that seem to seek me out frequently.
What I chose was that people who locate me are most often open-minded individuals who want to establish their own business. They’ve identified that something holds them back – anything from uncertainty to money – and they want my proficiency to unlock them from this spell they don’t appear to be able to crack.
In life, years back, I knew I wanted to develop something a lot better. Initially I really did not know exactly what that was and I read numerous books, went on all kinds of workshops and also met many people, till it came to be more clear to me exactly what I wanted my life to be about.
Having determined what I wanted, I had the meaning to engage other people into my dreams. Where our dreams matched, magic happened, and still does.
You’ll find some valuable tips here …

Love and good wishes.
